Young imaginations will take center stage this week as Carter County students are invited to take part in a unique summer camp focused on creativity, adventure, friendship, and fun.
The Carter County School District’s “Powered by Imagination” summer camp was open to any incoming kindergarten through fifth-grade student in Carter County this year and promised a week filled with hands-on learning, exploration, and creative activities inspired by the spirit of imagination.
Campers will spend the week exploring nature, building and creating projects, telling stories, making new friends, and solving problems through engaging activities designed to encourage curiosity and teamwork. Organizers say the camp is built around the idea that some of the best learning happens when children are encouraged to dream big, think creatively, and work together.
