Amy Marie McDavid Justice, 50, of Grayson went to be with her Lord, Saturday May 17, 2025 at the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH after a brief illness. Amy was born January 14, 1975 in Ashland, KY a daughter of the late Vernon Russell Sr. and Mary Susan “Susie” Holbrook McDavid. In addition to her parents, Amy was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Scott Justice; son, Donald James “Donny” Blevins and a sister, Norma Lynn McDavid Hall. Amy was a 1993 graduate of East Carter High School. Amy was a Christian and attended Jesus Church in Grayson. Amy’s greatest joy was spending time with her family and especially with her precious grandchildren. Amy is survived by three daughters, Amber (Milton) Steele, Savannah Blevins Kouns, and Keneasha Renaye McDavid Marshall all of Grayson; a son, Scotty Justice of Grayson; four grandchildren, Cameron Steele, Johnathon Steele, Katlynn Justice and Jaxon Steele; a sister, Joyce McDavid of Nashville, TN; a brother, Vernon Russell McDavid, Jr. of Grayson; a aunt, Blanche McDavid Howard of Grove City, OH; a cousin who was like a sister, Missy Ann Young-Lyons of Grayson; and a host of friends and extended family who all mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be 1 pm Thursday, May 22, 2025 at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson. Visitation will be 11 am Thursday until the service hour. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.malonefuneralhome.com
