Obituary for Betty Jean “Jeannie” Littleton
Betty Jean “Jeannie” Littleton, 67, of Hitchins, Kentucky, went to be with her Lord on Monday, July 6, 2026, at her residence. Jeannie was born on October 6, 1958, in Grayson, Kentucky, to the late Martin E. and Thelma Thompson Littleton.
Preceding her in death are her beloved fiancé, Thomas E. Fannin, who passed away in 2010; a sister, Pearl Joan Stephens; a brother, James Arthur Littleton; a brother-in-law, Kenneth Stephens; a niece, Robin Stringfield; and a nephew, Chris Stringfield.
Jeannie was a devoted Christian, whose heartfelt prayers for her loved ones exemplified her deep compassion and love. She cherished her nieces and nephews, nurturing their relationships as if they were her own siblings. Jeannie found joy in nature, particularly in planting and caring for her flowers, which reflected her nurturing spirit.
She is survived by her sister, Helen (James) Mabry; brother, Timmy (Wilma Jean) Littleton; and sister-in-law, Margarett Littleton, all of Olive Hill. Additionally, she leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and extended family members who will deeply mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Jeannie will be held at 1 PM on Friday, July 10, 2026, at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson, with Bro. Ron Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Olive Hill. Visitation will begin at 10 AM Friday until the service hour. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.malonefuneralhome.com.
