Betty Ruth Marshall, 92, of Rush, KY went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at her residence. Betty was born March 29, 1932, at Rush, a daughter of the late Chester and Thelma Lucas Davis. She was a former employee of Bellefonte Hospital and attended the Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Lee Marshall; a son, Chester Wayne Marshall; and her sister, Dycia Owens. Betty is survived by three sons, Jerry Marshall, Terry (Anita) Marshall and Johnny (Teri) Marshall all of Rush; two daughters, Pamela Perkins of Rush and Rita Marshall of Catlettsburg, KY; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Her funeral service will be conducted Friday, March 7, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson with L.J. Moore and Michael David Horn, officiating. The interment will be in the Coalton Cemetery. The visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers will be David Marshall, Brian Marshall, Dustin Marshall, Josh Marshall, Jason Perkins, Michael Castle and Brent Fairfield.
