Bonnie Jean Driggers Hall, age 77, of Grayson, Kentucky, peacefully departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Born on December 15, 1947, in Bennettsville, South Carolina, she was the cherished daughter of the late Francis and Bonnie Brock Driggers.
Bonnie was a vibrant spirit whose warmth and contagious personality touched the lives of everyone she met. She dedicated many years of her life to serving as a clerk at AO Smith, where her kindness and laughter brightened the days of her coworkers and customers alike. A devoted member of Hopewell Community Church, Bonnie found joy in her faith and community, sharing her love and compassion with all.
In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Larry Driggers. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories, survived by her devoted husband, William “Bill” Hall, Jr.; her son, Darrin (Marquita) Welsh of Grayson; and her daughter, Tammy (Steve) Rasmussen of South Carolina. Bonnie was a proud grandmother to four grandchildren: Trenton Welsh, Stephen Tyner, Dustin Tyner, and Kipp Tyner, and a loving great-grandmother to Owen Welsh, Leo Welsh, and Klaire Tyner. She is also survived by her siblings, Donnie Driggers, Wayne Driggers, Peggy Burr, and Diane Driggers, all of South Carolina, along with a host of friends and extended family who will deeply miss her presence.
Bonnie’s love for her dogs was a testament to her nurturing spirit, and her laughter will forever echo in the hearts of those who knew her. She had a unique ability to make everyone feel special and loved, and her memory will live on in the countless lives she touched.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson, with Bro. Chris Bellew officiating. Burial will follow in the Hall-Coburn Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to visit from 12 noon until the service hour to share their memories and condolences.
