1942-2025
Bonnie Fraley, 83, of Grayson, KY, passed away Friday, June 27, 2025, at the Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Grayson. She was born on June 16, 1942, in Paintsville, KY, the daughter of the late John Spillman Richmond and Della Williams Richmond. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Fraley; twin brothers, Paul Dean Richmond and Harold Gene Richmond.
She was of the Christian faith and a member of the Graysonian Club. She was employed by the Carter County Schools, where she managed the lunchroom at the East Carter High School.
Bonnie is survived by two sons: Harold Ray Fraley of Grayson, KY, and Bobby Dean (Carol) Fraley, also of Grayson; two grandchildren, Caitlin and Chad; a special friend and caregiver, Janet Sullivan, along with Jamie and Emma; she is also survived by her beloved canine companion, Benji.
Commital services will be Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast in Greenup, KY, Chris Bellew, minister. Her cremains will be entombed along with her husband, Billy Fraley, at that time.
