Brian David Howe, age 60, of Vanceburg, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Hospice of Hope Care Center in Maysville, Kentucky, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born Friday, December 11, 1964, in Mason County, Kentucky, a son of the late Robert Wayne Howe Sr. and Bessie DeAtley Howe.
Brian was a Christian and he was employed by Southern States of Maysville, Kentucky, for 23 years. He enjoyed watching TV, riding the lawnmower with his dog and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 27 years, Cathy Zornes Howe; one son, Bradley Griffith and one grandson, Gauge Carpenter.
Brian is survived by one son, Justin Howe of Germantown, Kentucky; two daughters, Shawna Farley of Camp Dix, Kentucky, Mary Ann Griffitt of Vanceburg, Kentucky; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; one brother, Wayne (Christie) Howe of Vanceburg, Kentucky; one sister, Marilyn (Doug) Stanley of Covington, Kentucky, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, March 17, 2025, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 11918 KY 57, Tollesboro, Kentucky, with Brother Jamie Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery in Tollesboro, Kentucky.
Friends may visit from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Sunday, March 16, 2025, and after 9 a.m., Monday, March 17, 2025, until the service hour at Tollesboro Funeral Home.
Brandon Howe, Brandon Moran, Matthew Farley, Cody Farley, John Farley and Nathan Lucas will serve as pallbearers.
