Buster Clevenger, 83, of Hitchins,KY, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at his residence. He was born February 4, 1943, in Hitchins, KY, the son of the late George Lewis and Irene Parsons Clevenger. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Lyle Clevenger.
He was a Christian and a Boilermaker with Local 40 in Elizabethtown, KY.
He is lovingly remembered by his sons, James Clevenger of Hitchins, KY, and Paul Clevenger of Ripley, OH; his daughter, Janet (Chuck) Lowe of Ashland, KY; his brother, Joe Clevenger of Greenup, KY; and his two grandsons, Tanner and Colton Clevenger.
Graveside services will be Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at the Parsons Cemetery on Huff Run.
