Cindy Ellen Cooper Yavorcik, 54, of Vanceburg, Kentucky, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, December 18, 2025 UK-Kings Daughters in Ashland, Kentucky, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born July 22, 1971, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a daughter of Sharon Cooper of Vanceburg, Kentucky and the late Martin “Junnie” Lewis.

Cindy the “Car Queen” Yavorcik worked as an automobile saleswoman and took great pride in her work. She also loved target shooting with her husband and son, test driving new vehicles and being a wonderful mother. She took her title of “Car Queen” seriously at home and at work. Cindy could almost always be found in flashy outfits that were fit for a Queen and rarely out of arms reach of a tiara. Her grandchildren knew her as Glammy and that described her perfectly. She was always wearing a beautiful smile and a personality that could lift up any mood. Her favorite thing was visiting with family and friends, all of whom will miss her dearly. They will forever preserve and cherish the life they got to share with her.

Cindy is survived by her loving husband of 14 years, Chris Yavorcik; two sons, Trevor Lewis of Michigan, Cody (Courtney) Lewis of Tollesboro, Kentucky; two daughters, Renee Crites of Wurtland, Kentucky, Allison Cooley of Wurtland, Kentucky; 4 grandchildren, Charlee, Jarod, Chase, Ryland; one brother, Scotty (Alisha) Cooper of Tollesboro, Kentucky, Special “Seester” Connie Fannin of Vanceburg, Kentucky, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services will be held, 11 a.m., Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Dickerson Funeral Home, 110 West Second Street, Vanceburg, Kentucky, with Brother Adam Cooper and Brother Terry Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Cooper Cemetery on Cooper Ridge, in Carter County, Kentucky.

Friends may visit from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Monday, December 22, 2025, and after 9 a.m., Tuesday, December 23, 2025, until the service hour at Dickerson Funeral Home.

Chris Yavorick, Cody Lewis, Scotty Cooper, Chan Evans, Courtney Cooper and Jim Cooksey will serve as pallbearers.
