1944-2026
Donald Underwood, 82, of Grayson, KY, passed away at his home on Monday, April 20, 2026. Born January 16, 1944, he was the son of John Edward and Lula Jane Wilburn Underwood. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Paul Underwood, and two nephews, Michael and Sonny Cox.
Donald was a member of the Iron Hill Church of Christ. He was self-employed and the owner of Music and Underwood Construction Company.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Wolfe Underwood. He is also survived by a brother, Burl Underwood of Grayson, KY. His sisters are Faye Coleman of Grayson and Rene Helwig of Piketon, OH. Several family members and friends also mourn his passing.
A private graveside service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
