1951-2026
Ernie Lee Cutshall went home to be with the Lord, where she has experienced a glorious reunion with the loved ones who went before her. The youngest of fourteen children, Ernie carried with her a fierce and enduring love for family that shaped every part of her life. Being surrounded by & feeding those she loved most was her greatest joy, and her devotion to them was evident in both word and deed.
Ernie was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She poured herself into caring for others, offering steady love, unshakable strength, and unwavering loyalty. Her presence was a source of comfort and stability to those who knew her, and her legacy lives on through the generations she so dearly cherished.
She retired from the Carter County Property Evaluation Administration through the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Her work ethic and integrity reflected the values she lived by: faithfulness, diligence, and humility.
A woman of deep faith, Ernie was a member of First Church of Christ in Grayson, Kentucky, and previously attended Carter Christian Church in Carter City, Kentucky. Her trust in Christ guided her life and gave her peace, a peace that now finds its fulfillment in eternity.
