Evelyn Jean Bellamy Griffitt, age 67, of Tollesboro, Kentucky, passed away Friday, May 15, 2025, at Hospice of Hope Care Center in Maysville, Kentucky.
She was born Friday, November 29, 1957, in Mason County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Cecil and Emma Rodgers Bellamy.
She enjoyed collecting antiques.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by four brothers, Donnie Bellamy, Ronnie Bellamy, Cecil Bellamy, Bill Bellamy and one sister, Wilma Wilson.
She is survived by one son, Matthew Sweet of Shreveport, Louisana; two daughters, Shannon (Randy) Morgan of Tollesboro, Kentucky, Jennifer (Jason) George of Carlisle, Kentucky; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-greatgrandchildren; two brothers, Wayne Bellamy of Troy, Ohio, Paul (Glenda) of Tollesboro, Kentucky; one sister, Jane Baker of Maysville, Kentucky, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
At the request of Evelyn’s family there will be no service at this time.
