Gregory “Greg” Harlow, age 43, of Grayson, Kentucky, was called home to be with his Lord on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at the UK Hospital in Lexington, KY. Born on June 9, 1982, in Ashland, KY, Greg was the beloved son of Tammy Lynn Gollihue Harlow and the late William Glen Harlow.
Greg’s life was a testament to his love for family. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bill and Margie Cummings Harlow, and his maternal grandparents, Sherman and Marcella Gollihue.
A Christian, Greg found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He had a passion for working on cars, often seen tinkering under the hood with a smile on his face. His love for classic TV shows and music, particularly the electrifying sounds of AC/DC, brought him comfort and happiness. Greg dedicated his life to his work as a mechanic and farmer, where he poured his heart into everything he did.
In addition to his mother, Greg is survived by his four brothers: Glen Harlow, William Brian Harlow, Jeff Harlow, and Ryan (Ronda) Harlow, all of Grayson. He also leaves behind his step-siblings, Donnie Harlow and Kathy Jo West of Columbus, OH, a special friend, Ernie Moore, a cherished cousin, Shannon Miles, and a host of friends and extended family who will deeply miss his presence.
A graveside service to honor Greg’s life will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Iron Hill Cemetery.
