In Loving Memory of Harry Lee Burke
Harry Lee Burke, age 81, of Grayson, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 2, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of faith, family, friendship, and hard work. Harry was born in Catlettsburg, Kentucky, on February 18, 1945.
Harry was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife, Wanda Jean Allen Burke; his parents, William Burke and Katherine Burke; his daughter, Marsha Burke; his brothers, Tommy Burke and David Burke; and his dear friend, Kenneth Wilburn.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Kimberly Ann Burke Queen; his cherished granddaughter, Brittany Reanne Burke (Mikey Ison); and his precious great-granddaughter, Aubree RayAnna Lee Ison, who brought him so much joy.
Harry is also survived by his brothers, Billy Burke, Glen Burke, Charles Burke (Phyllis), Ronnie Burke (Ramona), Fred Burke, and Dennis Burke; his sisters, Linda Bolt, Kathryn Burke, and Patti Boyd; along with many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
A man of unwavering faith, Harry believed wholeheartedly in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His faith was the foundation of his life and gave him strength through every season.
Harry proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. Following his military service, he spent most of his life as a truck driver, known on the road by the CB handle “Circle H.” Throughout his years behind the wheel, he built lifelong friendships with people across the country, including his dear friends Charlie and Debbie Davis, who remained dear to his heart.
Harry was known for his strong will, kind heart, and unwavering loyalty. He loved his family deeply, and if Harry called you a friend, you were already considered family. His home, his heart, and his life were always open to those he cared about.
Harry’s legacy of faith, love, friendship, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Though he will be greatly missed, his family finds comfort in knowing he has been reunited with those who went before him and is resting in the presence of his Savior.
