A Grayson resident, Jack Allen Davis, 73, went to be with his Lord Thursday January 30, 2025. Jack was born October 21, 1951 in Grayson, KY a son of the late, Jacob Arthur and Lillian Jackson Davis. In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his beloved wife in 2024, Shelia “Shelley” Elizabeth Kappes Davis. Jack was a 1969 graduate of Hitchins High School. Jack worked as a night watchman with Mountain Enterprises. Jack was a avid University of Louisville fan and enjoyed watching westerns. Jack is survived by his son, Jason Davis of Catlettsburg; a granddaughter, Abigail “Abby” Davis; a sister, Carol (Charles) Borders of Grayson; and a host of friends and extended family who all mourn his passing.
