1937-2025
Jack Little, 88, of Boyd County, KY, passed away at his residence on March 10, 2025. He was born January 7, 1937, in McCarr, KY, a son of the late George and Cordella Smith Little. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Helen of 67 years, his parents, and several siblings.
Jack is survived by his eldest daughter, Lorie (Howard) Hawk of Rush, KY; two sons, Mark (Pam) Little of Cleveland, OH and Rodney (Connie) Little of Cleveland, TN; youngest daughter, Lynn (Steve) Raymond of Toledo, OH; three brothers, Larry Little of OH, Donnie Little of OH and Eddie Little of FL; two sisters, Ruby Westfall of FL and Betty Sizemore of OH; nine grandchildren, Pamela (Joel) DeArmon, Gerod Little, Kristy Hawk (Eric) Lowry, Tommy (Chrissy) Little, Jenny (Michael) Long, Amber (Austin Peterson) Raymond, Dustin Little, Emily Raymond, and Mark Little Jr.; and many great-grandchildren.
Jack was born into a large family in Eastern KY. Jack and Helen met when her sister Fern introduced them. They moved to Elyria, OH, soon after their marriage, where they raised their family for forty-five years.
Jack was a Jack of All Trades and a Master of None. He worked in different factories and then as an apartment manager. He enjoyed bird watching, playing his harmonicas and keyboards, and woodcarving.
Jack was a member of Zion Assembly Church of God. His faith in God was strong, and Jack was outspoken about it to every person he met.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at the Coalton Church.
