Larry Gene Dailey, 65, of Denton, KY, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in U K Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. Larry was born July 15, 1960, in Ashland, KY, a son of the late Linnville and Ilet Parrish Dailey. Larry worked at Mullins Pallet Mill in Hitchins. Larry loved dirt track racing, riding four-wheelers, and just sitting on the porch sharing stories with family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Paula Gollihue Dailey. His other survivors include a daughter, Amy (Nick) Hays of Olive Hill, KY, sisters, Teresa Hall of Olive Hill and Alice (Eddie) Butler of Olive Hill, his twin brother, Gary (Teresa) Dailey, of Olive Hill and brother, John (Cathy) Dailey of Olive Hill, KY, grandchildren, Amy (Jessie) Nichole Salyers, Haley (Cole Berry) Hays and Nicholas Hays, great-granddaughter, Anastasia Berry.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Monday at Malone Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Hill and Bro. Tony Seagraves, ministers. Burchett-Dailey Cemetery in Olive Hill. Visitation will be Monday from 11:00 a.m. until service time Monday. Pallbearers will be Jack Tackett, Mike Wilburn, Chris Castill, Kevin Moore, Pat Tolliver, Gerald Gollihue, Dillon Gollihue, and Donnie Tackett; honorary pallbearer, Harlan Stone.
