Lynn Flinders, age 69, of Vanceburg, Kentucky, passed away Monday, March 23, 2026, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born January 8, 1957, in Lewis County, Kentucky, a son of the late Allen Kenneth and Catherine Avis Smith Flinders.

Lynn enjoyed lawn care, riding his bike and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Bob Flinders, Terry Flinders; four sisters, Tillie Bare, Linda Polley, Beatrice Polley, Carolyn Underwood.

Lynn is survived by four brothers,Wayne Flinders, Glenn Flinders, Billy (Jackie) Flinders, Buck (Bonnie) Flinders all of Vanceburg, Kentucky; four sisters, Mary Jane (Brian) Caseman, Lora Wright, Brenda (Chester) Polley, Lillie (Dallas) Cooper all of Vanceburg, Kentucky, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2026, at Dickerson Funeral Home, 110 West Second Street, Vanceburg, Kentucky, with Brother Adam Dunigan officiating. Burial will follow in Crystal Dawn Cemetery in Quincy.

Friends may visit after 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 27, 2026, until the service hour at Dickerson Funeral Home.
