Phyllis Caudill, 76 of Grayson, KY, passed away December 22, 2025, at UK King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. She was born September 14, 1949, in Olive Hill, KY, a daughter of the late William and Wilma Kiser Hall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Caudill, and a brother, Anthony Douglass Hall.
Phyllis was a Christian and attended the Willard Wesleyan Church. She was a loving mother and homemaker, and she had many different jobs, from bookkeeping to caregiving.
She is survived by six daughters, Tracy (Matt) Prichard of Grayson, KY, Stacy (Chris) Burton of Grayson, KY, Valerie (Troy) Bitner of Olive Hill, KY, Kaila (Chris) Merick of Grayson, KY, Johnna (Jeremy) Nichols of Greenup, KY, and Dawn Adams of Ashland, KY; a brother, Billy (Cathy) Hall of Olive Hill, KY; four sisters, Sandy Duncan of Morehead, KY, Rhonda (Mark) Tackett of Olive Hill, KY, Charliott (Wayne) Rodgers of Madisonville, KY, and Diana Kiser of Grayson, KY; seventeen grandchildren, Ryker, Preston, Cody (Lakyn), Austin (Sarah), Derick, Kasey, Hunter, Gracie, Chaney (Kali), Craig (Keisha), Levi, Troy Jr., Landon, Kaden, Jaxon, Miley, Ashley; ten great-grandchildren, Asher, Remi Nicole, Arlie Dee, Kenna, Adalie, Kalli Dawn, Madalynn, Peyton, Rihana, and Xander.
Funeral services will be Saturday, December 27, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. at the Sparks Funeral Home, David Wilcox,minister. Burial will follow in the Hall Cemetery near Grahn, KY. Serving as pallbearers will be Austin, Derick, Preston, Ryker, Landon, Kaden, Chaney, and Craig.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 11:00 A. M. until service time at the funeral Home.
