Ralph J. Binion, age 50, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at the UK King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Born on December 13, 1974, Ralph was the beloved son of Margie McGuire Binion and the late Ralph Binion. He was preceded in death by his cherished sister, Susie Binion, who will forever hold a special place in his heart.
Ralph was known for his unwavering work ethic, dedicating many years of his life as a laborer in sawmills. His commitment to hard work was matched only by his devotion to his family. Ralph took great joy in creating lasting memories with his loved ones, always finding time to share laughter and love. He had a passion for riding horses, which brought him peace and happiness, and he was a loyal fan of the Green Bay Packers, often cheering them on with enthusiasm.
Ralph is survived by his loving mother, Margie; his three children, Brandon Binion, Katelyn Binion, and Alyssa Binion, all of Rush, Kentucky; and his three grandchildren, Rylon Binion, Hunter Binion, and James Neff, who brought immense joy to his life. He is also survived by his two sisters, Lisa (Roger) Wages of Grayson, Kentucky, and Peggy Ison of Olive Hill, Kentucky, along with a host of extended family and friends who will deeply mourn his passing.
A funeral service to honor Ralph’s life will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Malone Funeral Home in Grayson, Kentucky, with Steven Elwood Mabry officiating. Friends and family are invited to visit from 11:00 A.M. until the service hour to share their memories and condolences.
