Rose Alice Vanhoose Conley, age 89, of Maysville, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025, at her residence.

She was born Monday, November 18, 1935, in Lewis County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Pete and Bertha Clark Vanhoose.

Rose was a member of Revive Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed sitting on her porch watching birds, traveling, shopping, going out to eat, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Conley, of 25 years; one daughter, Rhonda Creech; one great grandchild, Tony Creech; three brothers, Bud Vanhoose, Leslie Vanhoose and Johnny Vanhoose.

Rose is survived by four sons, Steve (Janey) Creech of Maysville, Kentucky, Randall (Sharon) Creech of Tollesboro, Kentucky, Kenny Creech of Maysville, Kentucky, Michael Emory of Peoria, Illinois; three grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren, one brother, David Vanhoose of Garrison, Kentucky; two sisters, Wanda Ruben, Ruth Cooper, both of Garrison, Kentucky, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral Services will be held at12 noon, Friday, November 21, 2025, at Dickerson Funeral Home, 110 West Second Street, Vanceburg, Kentucky, with Brother Caleb Paul officiating. Burial will follow in Spy Run Cemetery in Lewis County, Kentucky.

Friends may visit after 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 21, 2025, until the service hour at Dickerson Funeral Home.

Kenny Creech, Jacob Kielman, Timmy Boles, Charles Bennett, Dean Cooper, Steve Creech, Rancy Creech and Jeff Creech will serve as pallbearers.
