Sandra D. “Sandy” McDavid, 64, of Louisville, KY, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2025, at her residence. Sandy was born on Sunday, February 12, 1961, in Louisville, KY, daughter of the late Robert L. and Barbara Ann Everman McDavid. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Keith L. McDavid.
Sandy was a loving wife and was known for her kindness. Sandy had a special spot in her heart for cats. She enjoyed car shows, Memorial Day Parades, and always looked forward to the Everman Family Reunions.
Sandy is survived by her loving husband, Bill Vowels of Louisville, Kentucky; two stepsons, Brian (Carol) Vowels of Louisville, KY and William (Tonya) Greenfield of Atlanta, GA; two step-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends that mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 23,2025 at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson. Burial will follow in the Everman Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM on Friday until the service hour at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.malonefuneralhome.com
