Timothy Morris, 66, of Grayson, KY, passed away Monday, February 3, 2025, at his residence after a sudden illness. He was born March 14, 1958, in Grayson, KY, a son of the late John Paul and Ruth Agnes James Morris. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Yvette Pennington; a stepson, Jarrod Bush; and a stepson-in-law, Chris Campbell.
He was of the Protestant faith and loved Bluegrass music and playing his banjo. Tim graduated from East Carter High School and was named “Raider of the Year.” He worked as an electrician and was an HVAC technician.
He is survived by his wife, Carla Harris Morris; a daughter, Mindy (Charles) Sexton of Grayson, KY; a sister, Paula Morris of Grayson, KY; a stepdaughter, Anne Campbell of Grayson, KY; four grandchildren, Ella and Abby Campbell; Brady and Charley Bush.
Funeral services will be Friday, February 7, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. at the Sparks Funeral Home, Tom Riffe, minister. Burial will follow in the Hannah Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
